Old Elysium Tales; Runloop

This is currently just the initial devtest areas to test game visuals. Actual demo will be released soon.

-Added Options Menu
   -Added Sprint Toggle
   -Added Crouch Toggle (crouch not implemented yet)
   -Added Mobile UI Toggle for PC
-Added Interactions System

Update (6/16/24)
-Changed Scene management
-Added Dialog System
    -Dialog added to interaction points in each scene
      (some are story related and are lacking context...)
-Added 2 new wip scenes
    (The only the door to the station and dorms work in the lobby atm, the other two will return to main menu)

First of the "Old Elysium Tales" series, our leading star for this tale is a young miss Kahyssa as she tries to sort out her groggy memory.
